Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your JLab products in their original packaging with all accessories and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
